Your health is our concern
The Sarvamangal Education Trust, in collaboration with Nidan Clinic, successfully organized a Free BMD (Bone Mineral Density) Checkup & Awareness Camp in Bhandup West on 14 December 2025. The camp offered free Bone Mineral Density screening along with consultation by an experienced doctor for people of all age groups. The checkup helped in assessing bone strength and identifying early signs of low bone density, osteoporosis, and other bone-related conditions. Participants were encouraged to discuss concerns such as back pain, joint discomfort, stiffness, reduced mobility, and other long-standing bone health issues. The doctor provided professional guidance, preliminary diagnosis, and advice regarding further treatment, lifestyle modifications, calcium and vitamin supplementation, exercises, and medical tests if required. This initiative aimed to create awareness about the importance of bone health and promote timely preventive care. The camp witnessed an encouraging response, with 75 patients benefiting from the free screening and consultation services offered during the event. Special attention was given to patients experiencing back pain, knee pain, hip pain, and joint-related concerns linked to bone density issues. The camp was led by Dr. Shivam Singh, who dedicated his time and expertise to ensure that every participant received personal attention and accurate bone health guidance.
