Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made to Sarvamangal Education Trust are considered final and non-refundable. This is because funds are immediately allocated to ongoing projects and support for beneficiaries.

Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Allowed

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

✔ Duplicate donation due to a technical error
✔ Donor entered an incorrect amount by mistake
✔ Payment was unauthorized or fraudulent (subject to verification)

If such issues arise, a written request must be submitted within seven days of the transaction.

Mode of Refund

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the donation.

  • Refund processing time may take 7–14 working days, depending on banking/payment gateway timelines.

Any transaction charges or processing fees may be deducted.

Receipts & Tax Benefits

If a refund is issued:

  • The Donor must return/destroy the issued 80G receipt (if provided)

  • Tax exemptions will not apply to refunded donations

Cancellation Policy

As donations are voluntary contributions toward charitable activities, cancellation is generally not applicable once a donation is completed.
