Waste Management Drive 2025
Turning Waste into Wisdom
On the occasion of World Environment Day, the spirited volunteers of Sarvamangal Education Trust took to the streets of Mulund West with a purpose – not just to clean up the neighborhood, but to spark a movement. They visited every single shop, engaging with local business owners in heartfelt conversations about the importance of responsible waste management. From plastic wrappers to old boxes, no piece of scrap was too small in this collective effort toward a cleaner and more conscious community.
But the drive didn’t stop at awareness. Our volunteers helped shopkeepers sort and donate reusable scrap, transforming clutter into contribution. All collected items were then sold to scrap vendors, with the proceeds directly supporting the education of underprivileged children. What began as a cleanup mission evolved into a powerful chain reaction of change — reducing waste, educating communities, and funding futures.
At Sarvamangal, we believe that real change begins at the grassroots. This initiative was a beautiful example of what happens when environmental responsibility meets educational empowerment. Thank you, Mulund West, for opening your doors — and your hearts — to a cause that’s building brighter, cleaner, and smarter tomorrows

Turning Waste into Wisdom
The Significance
On the occasion of World Environment Day, volunteers from Sarvamangal Education Trust took a powerful step toward change by launching a unique waste management drive across Mulund West. Going door-to-door, they visited every local shop, engaging directly with shopkeepers to raise awareness about proper waste disposal and sustainable practices. But this wasn’t just about cleaning streets—it was about transforming waste into opportunity. Volunteers collected recyclable scrap materials, which were then sold to generate funds for the education of underprivileged children. A simple act of community collaboration turned into a dual mission: a cleaner environment and a brighter future for young minds.
